Private Equity Lending

We provide short term equity financing when mainstream financial institutions cannot help due to timing, lack of income, tax issues pending resolution, or a lack of market interest. Our lending portfolio extends into Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Ontario.

The principle focus of Panda's lending consists of loans ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000 with first mortgage security mainly on industrial and commercial properties. Panda also does development and bridge loans.

Panda lends as first and second mortgagees, and through joint ventures and partnerships. We work with Mortgage Brokers as required.
